Lorenzo injures shoulder ahead of Japan

– MotoGP title contender Jorge Lorenzo will head to this weekend's Japanese Grand Prix with a shoulder injury after falling while riding a mini bike on Saturday.Lorenzo, the 2010 and 2012 champion, is locked in a battle with Yamaha team-mate Valentino Rossi and won the most recent race at Aragón to move to within 14 points of the Italian.The upcoming race at Motegi is the first of a triple header featuring trips to Australia and Malaysia, prior to the season finale at Valencia in November."Lorenzo is heading to the Japanese Grand Prix with a sprained shoulder sustained in a mini bike crash on Saturday," read a tweet from the official MotoGP account.
