Italy's Andrea Iannone of Ducati posted the fastest time following the third free practice run on Saturday ahead of this Sunday's Italian MotoGP at Mugello. Iannone clocked 1min 46.991sec to edge out Honda's Marc Marquez, currently second in the championship. World champion and 2016 series leader Jorge Lorenzo, on a Yamaha, was fifth while Valentino Rossi, third overall in the standings, was down in eighth, 0.549sec off the pace. MotoGP 1.
