Stoner not in line to race

Casey Stoner has said that there are no plans for him to be used as a wildcard racer in the upcoming MotoGP campaign. The Australian has joined Ducati in a test and ambassadorial role, and there has been speculation that he will turn out at some point during the 2016 season. However, the two-time World Champion has thrown cold water on such reports - but he did leave room for a change of heart down the line. When asked by Motosprint if he would be making wildcard appearances, Stoner responded: "There is no plan at the moment. "I'm perfectly aware that if I wanted to race, Ducati would put everything at my disposal immediately, but for now, we have only defined a test plan....
