Ducati tester Pirro gets Misano wildcard
– Ducati test rider Michele Pirro will make his second MotoGP outing of the campaign at this weekend's San Marino Grand Prix at Misano.Pirro has typically been handed a wildcard run at Ducati's home circuits at Mugello and Misano and the Italian will join Andrea Dovizioso and Jorge Lorenzo aboard the Desmosedici machines this weekend.Pirro qualified fourth and finished ninth during his only 2017 run so far at Mugello earlier this season."Ducati arrives at Misano in the lead of the World Championship table with Dovizioso and I'll be doing my part as well, with the aim of giving the best of myself and getting in amongst the top guys," he said."It's an extraordinary...
