Bautista to return to Aspar for 2017 season

– Álvaro Bautista will make the switch from Aprilia to Aspar for the 2017 MotoGP season.Spanish racer Bautista, 31, previously represented Aspar in the feeder classes, winning the 125cc title with the team in 2006, and also contesting three 250cc campaigns, finishing runner-up in 2008.Bautista has spent the past two terms at Aprilia in MotoGP, after spells at LCR Honda and Suzuki."I am happy to be returning to what was my home for many years, where I enjoyed my best results, including the 125cc title, and fought for another title in 250cc," commented Bautista."I am happy and motivated to be going back and to have another year in MotoGP, a new adventure."Over the...
