Moto2: Rabat injury puts Zarco on brink of title

Johann Zarco is on the brink of wrapping up the 2015 Moto2 world title in Japan this weekend after an arm injury for nearest rival Tito Rabat. Rabat, the reigning champion, fell while taking part in one of his many training sessions at Almeria, requiring surgery for a left arm fracture. The Marc VDS team said that a technical failure caused Rabat to crash heavily at the Almeria chicane. The Spaniard previously required surgery after breaking his right collarbone during training at Almeria in July - also due to a mechanical problem. Zarco's 78 point lead means he can afford to lose three points to Rabat at Motegi and still be crowned champion with three rounds to go. But the arm injury...
