Zarco, Kent can be world champions in Japan

The MotoGP title contest may be far from over, but new world champions could be crowned in the Moto2 and Moto3 classes this Sunday in Japan. After being made to wait with a sixth place at Aragon, Johann Zarco stands a much better chance of sealing the Moto2 title during his second attempt at Motegi. The Frenchman's lead over reigning champion Tito Rabat now stands at 78 points and, if he is at least 75 points ahead after Sunday's race, Zarco will be champion with three rounds to go. Clinching the Moto3 crown will be a tougher mathematical prospect for Danny Kent. The Englishman is 55 points ahead of Enea Bastianini after they both fell on the final lap at Aragon.
