Bradley Smith says his current Tech 3 Yamaha team was “never designed to be successful” because of having to use year-old machinery. After a tough first part of the season, Smith vented his frustration in Austria with a lack of progress made by the French squad, which in recent seasons has run Yamaha machinery handed down by the factory team at the end of each campaign.
