Ducati sign Lorenzo for 2017

THE FACTORY Ducati Team have announced that they have signed Jorge Lorenzo for the 2017 MotoGP season.  It was announced earlier that Movistar Yamaha and Jorge Lorenzo were to part company after 2016 and immediately after Ducati announced their new team member for the next two years who will be on-board the Ducati Desmosedici GP in 2017 and 2018.  Lorenzo and Luigi Dall’Igna will once again be working together, and since Dall’Igna was heavily involved in both of Lorenzo’s 250cc titles with Aprilia, it is looking like a formidable team is forming.  Ducati hope that Lorenzo will be able to provide the boost they need to take their first title since Casey...
