Marquez: Less critical, more constant

Reigning MotoGP champion Marc Marquez made a front row return by taking last year's Honda chassis to third on the grid in Assen qualifying. The Spaniard has reverted to the 2014 frame to try and reduce the risk of accidents after falling in the last two races. Marquez insists the 2015 chassis is faster over a single lap, but lacks rear grip under braking - with any subsequent mistakes hard to control. “I'm happy because [the 2014 chassis] is less critical and that helps me, especially to keep the rhythm for the race,” said Marquez, 69 points from Valentino Rossi after three non-scores in seven races. “With the other [2015] chassis maybe for one lap I was even stronger, but with this...
