Stronger Marquez heads for Le Mans
A 'stronger' reigning MotoGP champion Marc Marquez will continue his pursuit of Valentino Rossi and the 2015 title lead during this weekend's Le Mans round. This time last year Marquez had won the opening four races and held a 28-point championship advantage, which he then extended by battling from tenth (after a mistake on the opening lap) to take the lead from Rossi at mid-distance. The Repsol Honda star returns to France fourth in this year's championship and trailing Yamaha's Rossi by 26-points, having closed slightly on the Italian with second place to Jorge Lorenzo last time at Jerez.
