MotoGP Europe: Miller gets the measure of the wet weather to lead FP1

Jack Miller impressed in the wet as he confidently rode his Ducati around Valencia in the first of two races at the Ricardo Tormo circuit to top FP1 ahead of the European MotoGP round. Check out the Crash MotoGP YouTube channel - CLICK HERE Cold, wet and windy weather greeted the riders for their first session at Valencia, so times were slow as the riders managed the conditions. The Pramac rider did this the best, lowering his own early benchmark to a session best of 1m 42.063s. Fresh from his victory last time out on track in the Teruel Grand Prix, Franco Morbidelli was his closest rival, pushing hard on the Petronas Yamaha SRT to move to within 0.467s of the Australian’s time.
