MotoGP Valencia test: No new GSX-RR for Suzuki in 2017

Ecstar Suzuki boss Davide Brivio has confirmed there won’t be a brand new GSX-RR for Andrea Iannone and Alex Rins on which to make their respective debuts at the Valencia MotoGP test today. The Italian believes the race-winning package they have developed this season needs only step-by-step improvements starting with the engine as ‘riders always need more power’. “We are not going to introduce a completely-new bike for 2017. Our basis is already pretty-good and we will proceed with further improvements, step-by-step.
