Iannone set for Ducati MotoGP return at Sepang
Andrea Iannone will return to his factory Ducati MotoGP seat for next weekend’s Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang after sitting out the last three races due to injury. The Italian, who will miss a fourth successive race this weekend in Australia, plans to get on a plane on Monday in order to arrive at Sepang on Tuesday. Iannone fell in the first practice session during September’s San Marino Grand Prix at Misano, suffering a microfracture in his T3 vertebra – an ailment that usually requires two months of rest to recover from.
