Iannone fastest in FP1 before rain hits

– Andrea Iannone set the early pace during first practice for the German Grand Prix, before rain struck, as riders were again caught out by the notorious Turn 11.Iannone clocked a 1:23.702 in overcast conditions at the Sachsenring, but gains were halted when drops of rain began to fall, and the intensity gradually increased.In the opening minutes, as the rain threatened, Pramac's Scott Redding, Yamaha's Lorenzo and Aprilia's Stefan Bradl crashed out through the high-speed Turn 11.All three riders walked away from the scene, and their damaged bikes, with Lorenzo cleared of fracture after a medical check, having initially clutched his left wrist.Bradl's fall immediately followed...
