Miller wins dramatic Dutch TT

Jack Miller claimed his first MotoGP victory in a dramatic and rain-shortened Dutch TT, beating championship leader Marc Marquez. A massive downpour 14 laps into the first Sunday running of the Dutch TT at Assen brought out the red flags and put paid to what had begun to emerge as a seven-rider battle for the victory. Andrea Dovizioso, Danilo Petrucci, Valentino Rossi and Scott Redding had been battling for the lead after Yonny Hernandez crashed out when the rain began to bucket down while Marc Marquez, Dani Pedrosa and Cal Crutchlow were closing in.
