MotoGP Assen: Dovizioso gets the better of Marquez in third session

Ducati’s Andrea Dovizioso left his best lap until last, and a 1’33.308 was good enough to dethrone Repsol Honda’s Marc Marquez from the top of the timing-screens during the final timed MotoGP practice session in Assen. The Italian gained an extra three tenths over the former champion, with Marquez having to settle for P2 after a 1’33.336. But the Honda man did have an epic save onboard his bike after he experienced a front wheel lock up coming out of the home straight and did well to stay on the RC213V.
