The second day of the second 2016 MotoGP test is underway at Phillip Island in Australia. After another damp start the track dried out, allowing the fastest laps of the test so far. On-off showers returned at midday, but after a brief lull lap times have continued to tumble. A turn four accident for Dani Pedrosa briefly brought out the red flags, at 5:15pm. The Repsol Honda rider was 'OK'. New Marc VDS signing Jack Miller is returning to action after missed the Sepang test due to injury.
