Michelin withdrawn soft spec tyre after 290km/h Baz accident Cause of Loris Baz's high speed accident still uncertain but new tyre provider Michelin has withdrawn that soft spec of tyre as a safety measure. Following the incident all riders used the harder rear only and tyre pressures also slightly raised. During the second day of Sepang test, red flag appeared following the Loris Baz crashed at main strait, the accident recorded his Avintia Ducati at 290km/h The lucky Frenchman walk away unharmed from the accident, Michelin and the Avintia Ducati team are investigating the cause of the failure.
