Stoner Enjoys Productive First Day on Ducati Return

Casey Stoner declared himself happy with his first day back with Ducati as their private test got underway at Sepang on Saturday. The Australian has returned to the team he won his first MotoGP world championship with in 2007 and, together with Michele Pirro, is assisting the Bologna squad with their 2016 preparations. Although he admitted to struggling early in the day, Stoner eventually racked up 54 laps and was impressed with the GP15 machine. “It’s been a really good experience today with the Ducati Team.
