Smith, Espargaro, Nakasuga fastest at final Suzuka test
Yamaha's factory Suzuka 8 Hour entry featuring MotoGP stars Bradley Smith and Pol Espargaro was fastest during the final official test for this month's endurance race. Teamed with 2012 MotoGP podium finisher Katsuyuki Nakasuga, the Tech 3 riders initially focused on learning the challenging Japanese circuit and unfamiliar Superbike machinery. On the second day they also rode Nakasuga's machine, having agreed that finding a set-up that all three felt comfortable with was the priority.
