Redding expecting ’tough weekend’ at German MotoGP
Britain’s Scott Redding is expecting to be at a disadvantage to the soft-tyre wielding Ducatis and Suzukis at this weekend’s Sachsenring MotoGP round but will continue to try and close the gap to the works Hondas. The Estrella Galicia Marc VDS rider is aware the German track is all about corner speed and edge grip so he plans to do more work on his electronic setup to try and cure his rear spin/wheelie problems. “I suspect we’re in for a tough weekend in Germany. The Sachsenring isn’t a horsepower track, it’s more about corner speed and edge grip and I know from last year that the softer tyre means we’re going to see some of the open class riders up the front this weekend,”...
