Honda's Jorge Lorenzo to make MotoGP comeback at Silverstone

Jorge Lorenzo will return to action at this weekend’s British Grand Prix at Silverstone having recovered sufficiently from his back injury sustained at the Dutch TT in June. Lorenzo fractured his T6 and T8 vertebrae in his fearsome Assen practice crash, where he crashed at high-speed and slid into the gravel. H He has been out of action ever since, having been replaced at the factory Honda squad by test rider Stefan Bradl. The German scored points in all three appearances replacing the three-time MotoGP world champion, with a best result of tenth coming at his home race of the German grand prix at the Sachsenring.
