Marquez back on form after electronic fix
Marc Marquez got his Qatar MotoGP weekend back on track by reverting to electronic settings from the recent pre-season test. The Repsol Honda star had struggled with inconsistent engine-braking on his way to eighth place on the opening night, but retraced his steps to emerge third fastest (+0.196s) on Friday. “We fixed [the engine braking] by coming back to exactly the same that we had in the test,” Marque confirmed. “Because like I said yesterday, we changed a small electronics thing that we expected normally would not be a big difference on the bike, but this time was a big difference with these electronics.
