Laverty confident of Open class challenge
Ireland's Eugene Laverty has reflected on an 'up and down' first half of his maiden MotoGP World Championship season as the Power Electronics rider looks ahead to round ten at Indianapolis in America. Laverty welcomed the summer recess to relax and unwind but is now ready to return to the premier class and is confident he can challenge for top Open class honours at the remaining nine races. “I feel 100 per-cent ready for the second half of the season.
