Hayden 'realistic' ahead of new season
Nicky Hayden knows that his Drive M7 Aspar Honda team have their work cut out for themselves despite making major improvements at the Sepang test. The 2006 World Champion put the RC213V-RS through its paces last week and he was 17th fastest overall after posting a 2:00.813 on the final day. His time was more than a second faster than new teammate Eugene Laverty. The American, though, feels they can take plenty of positives out of the test, but insists they need to up their game further.
