New Honda WorldSBK rider Iker Lecuona does not expect a call-up by Repsol Honda to replace Marc Marquez at next month’s official Sepang MotoGP test should the eight-time world champion be ruled out. Marquez, who is still recovering from diplopia (double-vision), returned to motorcycle training for the first time in three months on Thursday, before being present and speaking to the media during today’s 2022 Honda Motorsport media event. However, this does not mean Marquez has been cleared for next month’s first official pre-season MotoGP test.
