Rookie Pedro Acosta takes a stunning debut win in the Doha Moto3 Grand Prix, despite starting the race from pit lane! Acosta, Romano Fenati, Dennis Foggia, Sergio Garcia, Stefano Nepa, Deniz Öncü and Riccardo Rossi all had a pitlane start for riding slowly at the of FP2 (in search of a tow). Xavier Artegas had to serve a double long-lap penalty for causing a multi-rider accident in last Sunday's race. McPhee, among those brought down by Artegas last week, was taken out by the bouncing bike of Alcoba, who had clipped the back of Binder into turn 1.
