Marquez admits hand hurting a lot

MotoGP world champion Marc Marquez says he is struggling with pain on his hand following Friday's practice sessions for the Spanish Grand Prix. The Honda rider broke the little finger of his left hand last weekend and underwent surgery less than week before the opening session of this weekend's race. Honda has introduced a specially-designed handlebar grip for his bike, but Marquez was seen in pain when removing his gloves after practice. The Spaniard said he could ride, but admitted it was painful.
