Razali: Rossi joining SIC would be a ‘great story' for MotoGP

Sepang International Racing team boss Razlan Razali has reiterated his desire to bring factory Yamaha refugee Valentino Rossi into the squad for 2021. The Malaysian confirmed in an interview with MotoGP.com that talks were ongoing with Yamaha as far as the specification of M1 that the Italian would compete with should he make the switch to the Yamaha satellite outfit, as well as the costs that go with such a switch. Razali revealed that SIC were yet to have a formal meeting with Rossi about the move though, and that nothing would be decided until such a meeting takes place, although conceded the second rider needed to be signed up by August at the latest.
