Pedrosa 'responding well' after surgery

– Repsol Honda rider Dani Pedrosa says he is "responding well" after undergoing surgery for his persistent arm pump issues earlier this month.Pedrosa underwent surgery almost three weeks ago, during which the problematic layer of fascia –  the casing around the muscle – was completed removed.Honda initially outlined a recovery period of four to six weeks, with test rider Hiroshi Aoyama taking the Spaniard's place until doctors clear him to return.Speaking in his latest Repsol blog, Pedrosa explained that his recovery is so far going to plan, although gave nothing away regarding a potential comeback."I'm writing to you again, with another clear message: each day...
