Fabio Quartararo topped the second consecutive FP2 for a Yamaha machine as he out-paced Maverick Vinales by over three-tenths of a second at Motegi.  Quartararo managed a lap ultimately 0.321 quicker than Vinales-a 1:44.764s that was nearly a second faster than the pace set in FP1- to hold a hefty advantage over the rest heading into qualifying day tomorrow.  Marc Marquez was third fastest for Honda-just 0.336 in-arrears- while Andrea Dovizioso managed a stronger session this time around to insert his GP19 Ducati into fourth.  Valentino Rossi had a more encouraging practice this time around to round out the top five, just ahead of the second Petronas SRT M1 of Franco...
