Pramac Ducati’s Pecco Bagnaia has named winning the rookie war in MotoGP 2019 as his first target next season. The reigning Moto2 champion has impressed in both winter tests after making the step up to the blue riband class but will have some fierce competition in the shapes of Joan Mir and Fabio Quartararo. “My objective next year for sure would be to arrive in front of the other rookies and it was important for me to finish the test here as the first rookie.
