MotoGP Austria: Last second lap gives Bezzecchi first ever Moto3 pole

A last second lap from Marco Bezzecchi gave the World Championship leader his first ever Moto3 pole position, but the star of the show was second placed Jorge Martin at the Red Bull Ring. With a wet track but the sun shining, the session was all about whether the track would try in time for slick tyres to be used. After some early spills for John McPhee, Gabi Rodrigo and Bezzecchi amongst others, a dry line started to form through the Austrian hills. With the track drying with every passing minute, times fell all through the session and with eight minutes to go Phillip Oettl gambled on slick tyres.
