Dani Pedrosa to try and ride in Texas

Honda has confirmed Dani Pedrosa will attempt to ride in this weekend's third round of the MotoGP season in Texas, following successful surgery on a broken wrist last week. Pedrosa suffered a fracture to his right radius when he was forced wide by a hard-charging Johann Zarco and highsided at Turn 13 on the opening lap of the Argentine Grand Prix. The Honda rider underwent an operation in Barcelona on the Tuesday following the race, and his since enjoyed an encouraging rehabilitation period. Still unsure if he will be able to actually start the race at the Circuit of the Americas, Pedrosa felt the improvement in his conditions has made it “well worth it to travel and try'....
