Suzuki pair hail 'best weekend' of 2017
– Suzuki riders Andrea Iannone and Álex Rins hailed the progress made by the team after the pair secured top five finishes on the manufacturer's home soil in Japan.Suzuki has endured a difficult campaign, and arrived at its home event having not finished a race higher than seventh, but put in a competitive showing, after introducing a revised aerodynamic fairing.Iannone made progress throughout the rain-affected race at Motegi to take fourth spot, while Rins dropped to 15th early on before vaulting up to fifth, as both registered their best result of the campaign."Finally this was a race that I enjoyed," said Iannone."I had a good start and was able to keep a...
