No further medical complications for Rossi
– Yamaha says Valentino Rossi is making "positive progress" with his recovery after suffering mild injuries in a motocross accident on Thursday evening.Rossi, riding at Cross Club Cavallara in Mondavio when he fell, was taken to hospital and diagnosed with mild thoracic and abdominal trauma.He spent the night at the Ospedale Infermi in Rimini and reported this morning that he is experiencing less pain both in the chest and the abdomen.According to Yamaha's latest press release, "the pain is the result of slight liver and kidney lesions that have not evolved into further complications".Rossi will continue to receive pain relief over the next 12 hours and, if...
