Electronics taunting Eugene Laverty
Electronics are very much on MotoGP rookie Eugene Laverty's mind at the moment. The Aspar Honda rider's first premier-class race was wrecked by an electronic 'location' problem at Qatar, while improving traction control on the new Open class RC213V-RS is top priority for both the Irishman and team-mate Nicky Hayden. “For the last four years it's been a bit of a running joke because electronics issues seem to have followed me everywhere!” Laverty said of the Qatar issues. “This time as I rolled off the grid it confused itself.
