Injured Rins to fly home for wrist surgery

– Suzuki rider Álex Rins will undergo surgery in his native Spain, after fracturing his left wrist, with no time frame yet placed for his return.Rins suffered a further blow to his MotoGP rookie campaign when he crashed heavily during third practice at the Circuit of the Americas, sustaining a fractured left wrist.Rins was taken to the University Medical Center Brackenridge in Austin, where he was diagnosed with a displaced fracture to his left wrist, following further evaluations.The medical team set his broken wrist and temporarily fixed it with pins, and is set to return to Spain for additional surgery, once the swelling reduces.The injury marks the third injury setback for Rins...
