Abraham fractures ankle in Bautista clash

– Aspar rider Karel Abraham has sustained a fractured right ankle following a collision with team-mate Álvaro Bautista during practice for the Grand Prix of the Americas.Abraham, who qualified on the front row of the grid at the preceding round in Argentina, was embarking on his Soft tyre run during second practice at the Circuit of the Americas.The Czech rider made contact with Bautista as the pair accelerated along the back straight and Abraham was thrown to the ground, before limping to the side of the track.Abraham was diagnosed with a hairline fracture to his right ankle and will undergo a further assessment to determine his participation across the remainder of the...
