MotoGP Austin: Chassis upgrade for Crutchlow

Britain’s Cal Crutchlow will ride with an upgraded chassis and seat unit at Austin’s MotoGP round this weekend which will take him much closer to the spec of RC213V that Marc Marquez currently uses. But the CWM LCR Honda man warned the new package is more about consistency in corner entry and wouldn’t be generating a significant increase in pace, may just a tenth of a second a lap or less. At the moment Crutchlow uses the chassis that Marquez and Dani Pedrosa tested at Brno and Valencia, and hated.
