Suzuki's Andrea Ianonne finished the second day of MotoGP testing at the Sepang International Circuit quickest with a time of 1m59.452. The Italian rider was more than four-tenths quicker than second-placed Maverick Viñales for Yamaha, whilst Ducati's Alvaro Bautista completed the top three which consisted of three different manufacturers. The morning saw little running following Monday's rain, but come the afternoon the track had dried completely and riders started to set competitive times on the slick tyres.
