Rossi “feels the same” about Marquez clash one year on

Valentino Rossi says that, a year on from the infamous Sepang clash with Marc Marquez, his opinions on how he came to lose last year’s title fight have not changed. It was at last year’s Malaysian pre-event press conference that the controversy erupted, as the Italian accused Marquez of riding to protect Rossi’s title rival Jorge Lorenzo at the preceding Phillip Island race. Tensions between Rossi and Marquez reached their climax when the duo clashed on track at Sepang while fighting for third, an incident that left Marquez on the floor and Rossi with three penalty points.
