Rossi happy with second

Valentino Rossi revealed that he was happy with his second place finish at Sunday's Japanese MotoGP. The Italian had been pushed back to third in a very wet race at Twin Ring Montegi Circuit by a rampant Jorge Lorenzo, who has started in pole position. However, the veteran battled hard and stole back his second place in the latter stages of the race, which proved crucial to his lead in the riders' championship. Rossi is now 18 points clear at the top of the 2015 riders’ championship table.
