'Happy' Marc Marquez targeting Sepang MotoGP return after Portimao test
Marc Marquez 'didn’t have any discomfort' with his vision during 65 high-speed laps at Portimao on Sunday. It clears the way for the eight-time world champion to 'intensify' his physical preparation and bike training with a view to attending the opening MotoGP pre-season test at Sepang from February 5-6. “I am feeling very happy, first to be back on a bike at the track and also because we were able to confirm the sensations I had on a motocross bike here with the road bike," said Marquez, who has been absent from the race track since last October's victory at Misano.
