Hector Garzo returns to the MotoE World Cup and Tech3
After spending the last two seasons racing for Pons in Moto2, Hector Garzo will return to MotoE and Tech3 in 2022. Following some stand-in Moto2 rides at Tech3 in 2017 and 2018, Garzo was picked to represent the team - alongside Kenny Foray - in the inaugural 2019 season of the electric bike class. Garzo impressed with three podiums from the six rounds and fourth overall in the standings, prompting the chance of a Moto2 ride with the Pons Flexbox HP40 team for 2020 and 2021. The first season brought a podium and two fastest laps on the way to 16th overall, but Garzo couldn't manage higher than eighth during 2021, when he failed to finish over half of the races, leaving the Spaniard a lowly...
