Short circuit suspected cause of devastating MotoE fire
A short circuit is believed to be the cause of Thursday morning's huge fire which engulfed the MotoE paddock structure situated at the Circuito de Jerez-Angel Nieto. The paddock had been set-up for the first pre-season test of the new all-electric motorbike series. All 18 Energica Ego motorbikes were destroyed in the devastating blaze, though luckily nobody was injured as it happened during the early hours of the morning.
