Zarco vows to learn after starring debut
– Tech 3 rider Johann Zarco has vowed to learn from his race-ending mistake, in the wake of a shock spell in the lead on his MotoGP debut at the Qatar Grand Prix.Zarco, the reigning double Moto2 World Champion, propelled himself from fourth on the grid to second into Turn 1, before muscling past Andrea Iannone later in the lap to take the lead.Rather than being reeled in by more esteemed rivals, debutant Zarco pulled clear of the chasing pack to establish a 1.6-second lead on the sixth lap of 20 at Losail.However, Zarco drifted slightly wide on the approach to Turn 2 and crashed on the entry to the left-hander, bringing his starring run to a premature conclusion."Despite the end...
